In its recent Opinion (CON\/2025\/10) on proposed changes to corporate sustainability reporting and due diligence rules, the European Central Bank<\/strong> recommends changes to the European Commissions Omnibus proposal, keeping companies with 500\u20131,000 employees<\/strong> within the scope of the CSRD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of excluding them, the ECB suggests applying simplified, tailored reporting standards<\/strong> that reflect these companies\u2019 capacities and business complexity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
