The General Assembly is composed of all members of the Association and meets once a year. Our 35 members<\/a> are at the core of the work we carry out at ECIIA. The General Assembly appoints the Management Board and approves the budget and the plan.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

They coordinate the advocacy activties and the various committees\/working groups. Representatives from our members participate to this Committee, together with Board Directors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The representatives of our members participate based on their area of expertise. They provide feedback from practice and input on public policy and strategy via physical meetings, conference calls.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Association is run by a Management Board with 10 members, including 4 from the largest members: Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. Directors are appointed by the General Assembly for 2-year terms, renewable twice. The Board of Directors undertakes all necessary or useful actions<\/span> to achieve the purpose and objectives of the Association, including the power to perform any act of management and administration which falls within the purpose of the Association.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
